Terms Of Services

These Terms of Service govern the use of logistics, freight, warehousing, and related services provided by World Pet Movers Logistics, a company incorporated in local and international shipping Jurisdictions. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • 1. Services Provided

    We offer logistics services including, but not limited to, freight forwarding, transportation management, warehousing, inventory management, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.

  • 2. Client Responsibilities

    Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including weight, dimensions, content, and destination. Ensure that all goods are properly packaged and labeled. Comply with all applicable laws, including export/import regulations. Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and duties.

  • 3. Rates and Payment Terms

    All rates are quoted in Dollars ($) and are subject to change based on market conditions, fuel surcharges, or regulatory changes.Payment is due [e.g., within 30 days of invoice date] unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at [e.g., 1.5% per month] and collection fees.

  • 4. Insurance and Liability

    The standard liability for cargo is limited to $50 per kilogram or the value declared in accordance with relevant transportation conventions. To ensure adequate protection for very fragile goods, clients are strongly encouraged to secure additional cargo insurance refundable fee that covers the full value of the items. This coverage should be set at 20% of the actual market price of the goods. Such insurance is essential to shield against potential liabilities arising from losses, damages, or delays linked to unforeseen events, commonly referred to as force majeure. These events may include natural disasters like earthquakes and floods, strikes that impact transportation services, or government actions that could interfere with the delivery process.

  • 5. Claims

    Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.Supporting documents, including photos, invoices, and delivery receipts, may be required.

  • 6. Prohibited Goods

    You agree not to ship items prohibited by law, including but not limited to: Hazardous materials (without prior notice and compliance) Perishables (unless specifically agreed) Illicit drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods

  • 7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.

  • 8. Confidentiality

    Each party agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of business.

  • 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Your local Jurisdiction Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of any courts of law.

  • 10. Amendments

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
